1. Acceptance of terms
By submitting a request through our estimate form or otherwise engaging JT Construction's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
2. SMS Text Messaging Program
Program name: JT Construction Estimate Appointment Alerts
Description: If you opt in on our estimate request form (or by texting START to our number), JT Construction will send you SMS/text messages related to your estimate appointment, including:
- An appointment confirmation text after you submit your request
- An appointment reminder text before we arrive
Required disclosures
- Consent: Opting in to SMS messages is voluntary and is never required to request an estimate or use our services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and will not receive further texts from this program.

3. Requesting an estimate
Submitting the estimate request form is a request for a free estimate appointment, not a binding contract for services. Final pricing and scope will be confirmed in a written estimate following our site visit.
4. Scheduling
Appointment times booked through our calendar are subject to availability and confirmation by JT Construction staff. We'll reach out by phone, email, or text (if you've opted in) if we need to reschedule.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate contact and project information so we can properly schedule and prepare for your estimate appointment.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our forms or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
